1. How long are shipping times?

Your products will ship within 2-5 days of your order, and then take up to 3-4 weeks to reach your doorstep. Each product at Roya Amore has an estimated delivery time that you can find in the product description. See our shipping policy for more details.

3. Can I cancel my order?

Cancelations are possible as long as the order has not shipped. Please contact us at WeCare@RoyaAmore.com with the order number and let us know that you would like to cancel. We will let you know if we are able to cancel it. 

4. What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us, and we’ll give you a refund.  See our refund policy for more details.

5. Do you offer exchanges?

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

6. Do you ship internationally?

No. Currently we only ship to customers within the United States.
